从原穴角度探讨经脉脏腑相关的研究思路

摘　　要：经脉脏腑相关是中医经络学说的核心理论之一,关于其机制的研究是经久不衰的热点。原穴作为特定穴之一,为经脉中脏腑原气循行所经过和留止的部位,故其与经脉、脏腑的关系都十分密切。文章通过对相关古代文献和现代研究的整理,分别总结了原穴与相应脏腑对应关系的形成过程、原穴与脏腑原气的关系以及原穴与脏腑关系的相关研究,进而分析从原穴角度探讨经脉脏腑相关的可行性。最后提出注重文献研究、结合现代技术和关注穴位组合的研究思路,以期为今后经脉脏腑相关方面的研究提供另一个角度。The correlation between meridians and viscera is one of the core theories of the meridian theory of traditional Chinese medicine,and the research on its mechanism is an enduring hot spot.As one of the specific acupoints,the Yuan point is the part where the original qi of the viscera in the meridian passes and stays,so it is closely related to the meridian and viscera.The article summarizes the formation process of the corresponding relationship between the Yuan point and the corresponding viscera organs,the relationship between the Yuan point and the original qi of the viscera organs,and the related research on the relationship between the Yuan point and the viscera organs,and then analyzes from the perspective of the Yuan point,discuss the feasibility of meridians and viscera.Finally,it puts forward the research ideas of focusing on literature research,combining modern technology and focusing on acupoint combination,in order to provide another perspective for future research on meridians and viscera.
