花样跳绳融入高校艺术体操绳操教学的研究

摘　　要：在我国体育教育制度持续深化改革的新时期,教育工作者也越来越重视各大高校的艺术体操绳操教学的质量与有效性。在这一背景下,教育工作者要高度重视艺术体操绳操与花样跳绳之间的联系,充分发挥花样跳绳在高校艺术体操绳操教学中的优势,以此来进一步提升艺术体操绳操的教学效果,更好地继承与发扬我国传统的体育精神。基于此,该文主要针对花样跳绳融入高校艺术体操绳操教学的研究展开了深入的分析与讨论。In the new period of deepening the reform of physical education system in China,educators pay more and more attention to the quality and ef fectiveness of rhythmic gymnastics rope exercise teaching in colleges and universities.In this context,educators should attach great importance to the link between rhythmic g ymnastics rope and figure skipping rope,give full play to the advantages of figure skipping rope in the teaching of rhythmic gymnastics rope in colleges and universities,so as to further improve the teaching effect of rhythmic g ymnastics rope,and better inherit and develop our traditional sports spirit.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes and discusses the research on the integration of pattern rope skipping into the teaching of rhythmic g ymnastics in colleges and universities.
