摘　　要：随着我国教育体制的改革,各学段、学科的教学理念和教学方法也发生了改变。对于初中体育田径技术教学而言,不仅需要教师能够结合跑、跳、跃、投掷等环节对学生田径技术进行规范和提高,同时也应该结合中国传统文化,结合现代体育文化,对其精神进行精神洗礼,以塑造学生优秀的道德品质和团队意识。该文阐述了技术训练和文化渗透的重要意义,并有针对性地提出了相应策略。With the reform of China's education system,the teaching concepts and teaching methods of each school segment and subject have also changed.For the junior high school sports track and field technology teaching,it is not only necessary for teachers to be a ble to s tandardize a nd improve the track a nd field s kills of students by combining running,jumping,jumping,throwing,etc.,but also to combine Chinese traditional culture and modern sports culture to spirit baptism to shape students'excellent moral quality and team sense.This article explains the importance of technical training and cultural penetration,and puts forward corresponding strategies in a targeted manner.
