摘　　要：随着我国体育事业的不断发展,对于运动员的训练提出了更高的要求。网球运动需要系统的训练及专业的引导。只有不断地进行训练方法层面的优化与提升,才能取得更好的训练效果。在这个过程当中,网球教练员自身领导力水平的高低对于网球运动员的综合技能提升有着重要的意义。该文主要探讨网球教练员领导力的主要表现及具体的提升技巧。With the development of physical education career,the demands to the players are becoming higher.Tennis r equires s ystematic t raining a nd professional g uidance.T he t ennis t raining n eeds better methods for the better results.In this process,the tennis coach's own level of leadership is of great signif icance to the improvement of tennis players'comprehensive skills.This paper mainly discusses the main performance of tennis coaches'leadership and specif ic promotion skills.
