摘　　要：通过对儿童脑性瘫痪(简称脑瘫)康复中整体观念的具体化分析和总结,探讨整体观念在儿童脑性瘫痪(康复中的应用和现实指导意义。基于“生物-心理-社会-自然”的现代康复医学模式,儿童脑瘫康复中也体现着整体观念,整体观念也指导着脑瘫康复理论发展和临床应用,整体观念贯穿于整个儿童脑瘫康复过程中,具有现实指导价值。Through the specific analysis and summary of the concept of wholism applied in the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy,this paper is aimed to discuss the application and practical guiding significance of the concept of wholism in the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.Based on the modern rehabilitation medical model of"biology-psychology-society-nature",the concept of wholism is embodied in the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy,which also guides the development of rehabilitation theory and the clinical application.The concept of wholism can be applied to the whole process of rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy,which has practical guiding value.
