抗击新冠肺炎疫情一线护士睡眠质量与心理负性情绪的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:了解新冠肺炎疫情下一线护士睡眠质量与心理负性情绪状况,并探讨其睡眠质量与心理负性情绪的相关性。方法:应用一般资料调查表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、抑郁-焦虑-压力量表中文精简版(DASS-21)对184名援鄂护士进行问卷调查。结果:184名一线护士PSQI得分为7.5(5,10),其中41名护士存在睡眠障碍,占22.4%;抑郁得分为2(0,6),其中22名护士存在抑郁负性情绪,占12%;焦虑得分为4(2,10),其中70名护士存在焦虑负性情绪,占38%;压力得分为6(2,10),其中15名护士存在压力负性情绪,占8.2%。一线护士的睡眠质量与负性情绪抑郁、焦虑和压力均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:新冠肺炎疫情下一线护士睡眠质量与心理负性情绪有关,且心理负性情绪越严重睡眠质量越差。护理管理人员应重视护士的身心健康,采取相应措施提高护士的身心健康。Objective:To understand the sleep quality and psychological negative emotion of the front-line nurses of COVID-19,and explore the correlation between them.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 184 front-line nurses who assist to Hubei by using the general information questionnaire,Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI)and Depression-Anxiety-Stress scale simplified Chinese version(DASS-21).Results:184 front-line nurses had a PSQI score of 7.5(5,10),and 41 of them(22.4%)had sleep disturbances.The median score of depression was 2(0,6),22 nurses had depression negative emotions(12%).The median score of anxiety was 4(2,10),70 nurses had anxious negative emotions(38%).The median score of stress was 6(2,10),15 nurses had negative stress emotions(8.2%).The sleep quality of the front-line nurses of COVID-19 was positively correlated with negative emotional depression,anxiety and stress(P<0.05).Conclusion:The managers should pay more attention to the physical and mental health of nurses,and provide a certain reference for future nurses to improve their physical and mental health.
