延安时期中国共产党对高等教育发展战略和大学治理体系的探索——兼谈对坚持“扎根中国大地办大学”的启示

摘　　要：中国共产党在延安时期领导中国革命十三年,创办了以党的领导和中国特色为特征的红色高等教育体系,开创了不同于中国传统书院和欧洲中世纪大学的红色大学办学理念和大学制度体系。坚持发展高等教育作为立党建国基本战略,创立党组领导下的校长负责制,形成党的领导、校长负责、专家治校相统一办学体制。坚持教育与生产劳动相结合,倡导纪律下的民主和秩序下的自由教学文化,创建富有红色大学特征的思想政治理论课程体系等,为抗战胜利、民族解放和建立新中国,培养了一大批中国革命和社会建设急需的各类实用人才。延安时期红色大学扎根中国革命和建设实际,坚持中国共产党领导,勇于大学制度创新,形成的办学理念、大学制度、发展经验,对理解和贯彻新时代扎根中国大地办大学的高等教育思想具有重要启示。The development of communist Universities in the Yan’an period demonstrated the same patterns in growth.The Chinese Communist Party has led the New China Revolution for 13 years in Yan’an.It has established communist higher education system with Party leadership and Chinese characteristics as distinctive features,formed the"five persistence"university ideas,and created a completely different from the traditional Chinese academy and the European Middle Ages.Include the president’s responsibility system under the leadership of CPC group,the school’s unified operating mechanism of the party’s leadership,the president’s responsibility,the expert’s governance,and the system of democracy under disciplined,freedom under order,and ideological and political education systems,etc.The Communist Universities of Yan’an Period have trained a large number of practical talents required for the Chinese revolution and construction,and have become a famous school aspiring to progressive youth throughout the country.During the Yan’an period,the Red Universities took root in the Chinese revolution and the reality of construction,adhered to the leadership of the Communist Party of China,was brave enough to innovate the university system and formed the university idea,the university system,and its development experience.
