牙源性皮瘘一例

摘　　要：患者,男,21岁。左侧鼻唇沟肉芽肿10个月,术后再发1周。皮肤科情况:左侧鼻唇沟见一约0.3 cm×0.4 cm红色肉芽肿,表面破溃湿润,质地柔软。牙齿X线片:左上侧切牙根尖周低密度影。彩超:皮下见条带状低回声区,往深处延伸,达牙根部该低回声带边界尚清,并可见骨损害。诊断:牙源性皮瘘。A 21-year-old male presented with granuloma in the left nasolabial groove for 10 months,reappeared for 1 week after surgery.Physical examination showed a 0.3 cm×0.4 cm soft red granuloma in the left nasolabial groove with ulceration on the surface.Tooth X-ray:low density shadow around the apex of the left upper lateral incisor root.Color Doppler ultrasound:a strip of hypoechoic area extended to the root boundary of the tooth and bone damage was visibled.The diagnosis of odontogenic cutaneous fistula was made.
