摘　　要：患者,女,36岁。头皮丘疹、结节3年余。皮损组织病理示:真皮内和皮下组织见大量血管腔隙组成的小叶状团块,境界不清,增生的血管内皮细胞肥大而圆,突向管腔,间质间见淋巴组织和大量嗜酸粒细胞浸润。诊断:上皮样血管瘤。A 36-year-old female presented with papules and nodules on the head for more than 3 years.Histological examination showed a large number of lobular masses composed of vascular lacunae with unclear boundary were found in the dermis and subcutaneous tissue.The proliferative vascular endothelial cells were hypertrophic and round,and protruded into the lumen.Lymphoid tissue and a large number of eosinophils were seen in the stroma.The diagnosis of epithelioid hemangioma was made.
