摘　　要：偶发故障、误报警是轴温监测设备存在的惯性问题。从系统架构、硬件设计及软件算法三个方面设计了一种高可靠的轴温监测系统,该系统具有硬件设计冗余、软件算法稳定等特点。系统运用于某地铁项目,可靠性提升明显。Incidental faults and false alarms are the inertia problems of Hot Axle box Monitoring System.This paper designs a highly reliable system from three aspects:system architecture,hardware design and software algorithm.The system has the characteristics of redundancy in hardware design and stable in software design.The system is applied to a subway project which proves that the reliability is obviously improved.
