摘　　要：目的:设计以前列腺肿瘤单病种病房患者为中心的随访管理系统,实现随访平台的规范化、系统化和同质化管理。方法:基于医院信息管理系统,设计应用前列腺肿瘤患者随访管理系统。结果:形成了完善的前列腺肿瘤随访管理信息化平台内容与构架,该系统集个人档案、病人列表、预约随访、数据查询、首页打印机系统配置等功能于一体,功能齐全,操作简便。护士电话随访效率显著提高,随访时间从原来的(13.02±2.75)分钟下降至(3.86±1.31)分钟;前列腺肿瘤专病门诊随访率显著提高。结论:通过设计结构化的随访管理系统,提高了护士和管理者的工作效率和随访质量,提升了专病管理的延续性,从而提高了患者的信任度与满意度。Objective:To design a follow-up management system centered on patients with prostate cancer single disease wards,to achieve standardized,systematic and homogeneous management of the follow-up platform.Methods:Based on the hospital information management system,a follow-up management system for patients with prostate tumors is designed,and various contents are used and improved.Results:Forming a complete prostate tumor follow-up management information platform content and structure,this system integrates personal files,patient list,appointment follow-up,data query,home page printer system configuration and other functions in one,complete functions,easy operation.The telephone follow-up efficiency of nurses has been significantly improved,and the follow-up time has been reduced from the original (6.5) minutes to (3.8) minutes;the follow-up rate for outpatient prostate cancer patients has significantly improved.Conclusion:By designing a structured follow-up management system,the work efficiency and quality of follow-up of nurses and managers have been improved,the continuity of specialized disease management has been improved,and the trust and satisfaction of patients have been improved.
