摘　　要：目的:探究家庭为中心的护理干预对慢性消化性溃疡患者的影响。方法:择取医院收治的慢性消化性溃疡患者66例,按随机数字法分为两组,对照组33例(对患者行常规护理干预),实验组33例(对患者行家庭为中心的护理干预);观察比较两组患者护理前后的心理状态和遵医行为。结果;两组患者护理前GAD-7和PHQ-9心理状态评分,以及用药、饮食、生活规律和按期复诊等遵医行为评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经护理干预后实验组患者的GAD-7和PHQ-9评分低于参照组,其用药、饮食、生活规律和按期复诊等评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性消化性溃疡病患行家庭为中心的护理干预效果显著,有利于缓解或消除其不良心理,提升其遵医行为,从而促进病情康复,应用价值较高。Objective:To explore the influence of family centered nursing intervention on patients with chronic peptic ulcer.Methods:66 patients with chronic peptic ulcer were selected.33 patients were divided into control group by random number method.Routine nursing intervention was performed in 33 cases in experimental group,and family centered nursing intervention was conducted in the experimental group.The psychological state and compliance behavior of patients before and after nursing were observed and compared.Results:there was no significant difference in GAD-7 and PHQ-9 psychological status scores before nursing,and the scores of compliance behaviors such as medication,diet,life rule and regular follow-up (P>0.05);after nursing intervention,GAD-7 and PHQ-9 scores in experimental group were lower than those in the reference group;the scores of medication,diet,life rule and scheduled follow-up were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:the family centered nursing intervention is effective for patients with chronic peptic ulcer,which is helpful to alleviate or eliminate their bad psychology,improve their compliance with the medical treatment,and promote the recovery of the disease,and has high application value.
