摘　　要：分类专科生比统招专科生早期就业签约进度慢,主要由于分类专科生学生自身特点及当前口腔医学人才市场需求变化导致,分类专科生自主学习能力不足,专业知识掌握薄弱,且就业理念倾向于"先择业、再就业";另一方面随着人们对口腔保健、牙齿矫正等方面的重视程度加强,目前市场上民营口腔医院和私人口腔诊所越办越多,需求口腔医学人才的量逐年增加,这种供不应求的现象导致分类专科生在就业过程中跳槽频繁,签约进度缓慢。因此,要加强对分类专科生的就业指导工作,端正分类专科生的自我认知,认清市场形势,准确定位,着眼实际,不盲目跟风,积极响应国家基层就业政策,将"走出去"延伸为"走下去"。By comparing and analyzing the data of early employment contract progress between classified college students and unified enrollment college students,it is found that the former is slow in signing contracts,which is mainly due to the characteristics of classified college students and the changes in the market demand of stomatology students.Classified college students lack of autonomous learning ability,weak mastery of professional knowledge,and in the employment concept;As people pay more attention to oral health care and orthodontics,there are moreand more private stomatological hospitals and private dental clinics in the market,and the demand for stomatological talents is increasing year by year.This phenomenon leads to the frequent job hopping and slow progress of signing contracts.Therefore,it is pressing to carry out employment guidance for classified college students.We must correct their self-awareness,recognize the market situation,focus on reality,not blindly follow the trend,actively respond to the national employment policy at the grass-roots level,and extend the concept of"going out"to"going down".
