摘　　要：介绍了一种薄膜分切机的废边收卷机张力控制系统。首先介绍了收卷部分机械结构,介绍了张力传感器—摆辊的基本原理,接着提出了一种建议实用的张力闭环速度控制模式,分析其控制结构,其PID控制算法采用速度式PID算法,最后阐述了此控制系统的实用性与优越性。This paper introduces a kind of tension control system of waste edge winder of film slitter.This paper first introduces the mechanical structure of the winding part,introduces the basic principle of the tension sensor swing roll,then puts forward a practical tension closed-loop speed control mode,analyzes its control structure,and its PID control algorithm adopts the speed type PID algorithm.Finally,it expounds the practicability and superiority of the control system.
