卡铂联合紫杉醇作为局部晚期宫颈癌新辅助化疗的可行性和安全性研究

摘　　要：为了评估卡铂和紫杉醇联合作为新辅助化疗对局部晚期宫颈癌患者的疗效和安全性,收集该院肿瘤妇科于2016年3月至2019年9月期间所有诊断为局部晚期宫颈癌的患者临床资料。将其随机分为实验组及对照组,每组各31例。实验组患者均接受了3个周期的卡铂(AUC6)和紫杉醇175 mg/mq的治疗,而对照组仅采用卡铂进行治疗。评估两组患者的免疫功能、治疗缓解情况和血清中的鳞状上皮细胞癌抗原(SCCA)和恶性肿瘤相关物质群(TSGF)水平以及不良反应情况。经过治疗后,两组患者免疫功能和治疗缓解率均有提升,实验组患者更为明显(P<0.05);而患者血清中的TSGF和SCCA水平均有不同程度的下降,实验组患者下降的更为显著(P<0.05);同时实验组患者的不良反应率也明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。采用紫杉醇联合卡铂治疗宫颈癌,不但能够有效缓解患者的病症,还能够改善患者的免疫功能和降低血清中SCCA、TSGF的水平,对宫颈癌的治疗具有良好的效果和积极意义。To evaluate the efficacy and safety of carboplatin and paclitaxel combined as a neoadjuvant chemotherapy for patients with locally advanced cervical cancer,the clinical data of all patients diagnosed as locally advanced cervical cancer from March 2016 to September 2019 were collected.They were randomly divided into two research groups,each group of 31 cases.All the patients in the experimental group were treated with carboplatin( auc6) and paclitaxel( 175 mg/mq) for three cycles,while the control group was only treated with carboplatin to evaluate the immune function,treatment remission,serum SCCA and TSGF levels and adverse reactions of the two groups. After the treatment,the immune function and remission rates of the patients in the two groups were improved,especially in the experimental group( P < 0. 05). While the TSGF and SCCA levels in the serum of the patients in the experimental group were decreased in varying degree,and the patients in the experimental group were decreased more significantly( P<0.05);And the adverse reaction rate of the patients in the experimental group was also significantly lower than that in the control group( P<0. 05). Paclitaxel combined with carboplatin in the treatment of cervical cancer could not only effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients,but also improved the immune function of patients and reduced the levels of SCCA and TSGF in serum,which had a good effect and positive significance in the treatment of cervical cancer.
