血清hs-CRP、TC/HDL-C与精神分裂症患者精神症状的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨和分析血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、总胆固醇/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(TC/HDL-C)与精神分裂症患者精神症状的相关性。方法选取100例精神分裂症患者作为观察组,同期97例健康体检者作为对照组进行研究。测定血清hs-CRP、TC、HDL-C水平,采用阳性与阴性症状量表(positive and negative syndrome scale,PANSS)评估精神分裂症患者精神症状。结果精神分裂患者的PANSS阳性症状评分为(22.3±4.0)分,PANSS阴性症状评分为(21.6±3.2)分,PANSS一般病理分数评分为(40.0±5.6)分。观察组的hs-CRP水平高于对照组,HDL-C水平、TC水平及TC/HDL-C均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。精神分裂症患者hs-CRP水平与阳性症状呈正相关(r=0.288,P=0.004),TC/HDL-C与阳性症状呈负相关(r=-0.659,P<0.001)。结论精神分裂症患者的阳性症状与hs-CRP和TC/HDL-C相关,可监测hs-CRP及TC/HDL-C水平预测精神分裂症患者阳性症状的发生。Objective To investigate and analyze the correlation between serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),total cholesterol/high density lipoprotein cholesterol(TC/HDL-C),and psychiatric symptoms in patients with schizophrenia.Methods One hundred schizophrenia patients were selected as an observation group and 97 healthy physical examiners were studied as a control group during the same period.Serum hs-CRP,TC,HDL-C levels were measured,and the positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS)was used to assess the psychiatric symptoms of schizophrenia patients.Results The PANSS positive symptom score of schizophrenia patients was(22.3±4.0)points,the PANSS negative symptom score was(21.6±3.2)points,and the PANSS general pathological score was(40.0±5.6)points.The level of hs-CRP in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of HDL-C,TC,and TC/HDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of hs-CRP in patients with schizophrenia was positively correlated with positive symptoms(r=0.288,P=0.004),and TC/HDL-C was negatively correlated with positive symptoms(r=-0.659,P<0.001).Conclusions The positive symptoms of schizophrenia patients are related to hs-CRP and TC/HDL-C.The levels of hs-CRP and TC/HDL-C can be monitored to predict the occurrence of positive symptoms in schizophrenia patients.
