摘 要:针对上海市洋山港牵引车运行工况,根据整车参数和设计指标,对牵引车动力传动系统、储能系统等总成进行了参数匹配;明确了半挂牵引车的结构特点和作业特点对电池组布置的影响,基于GB 1589—2016和GB/T 20070—2006分析得到了对电池组的空间约束条件,并基于洋山港牵引车运行工况,提出了固定电池组与可换电池组结合使用的电池组方案;利用AVL CRUISE搭建纯电动牵引车模型,建立洋山港牵引车运行工况。验证结果表明,整车动力性和经济性满足牵引车港口运行工况的要求。对双集中式驱动桥方案和单电机方案经济性进行了对比,结果表明双集中式电驱动桥方案在港口内工况下满载和空载时分别节能1.11%和0.63%。Aiming at the tractors'operating conditions of Shanghai Yangshan Port,according to the vehicle parameters and design indicators,the power transmission system,energy storage system and other assemblies were matched.With due consideration of the impact of the structural characteristics and operating characteristics of the semi-trailer tractor on the layout of the battery pack,based on GB 1589—2016 and GB/T 20070—2006,the space constraints for battery packs were acquired.Meanwhile.Based on the tractors'operating conditions of Shanghai Yangshan Port,a battery pack scheme combining fixed battery packs and replaceable battery packs were proposed.AVL CRUISE was used to build a pure electric tractor model to establish the operating conditions of the tractor in Yangshan Port.After analysis and verification,the power and economy of the whole vehicle met the requirements of the operating conditions of the tractor port.In addition,the economics of the centralized electric drive axle scheme and the single motor scheme were compared.The results show that the centralized electric drive axle scheme saved more energy by 1.11% and 0.63% under full load and no load conditions in the port.
