从国家自然科学基金项目资助情况看我国预防医学的研究情况

摘　　要：本文从项目类型、二级学科分布和项目承担单位对2015—2019年国家自然科学基金预防医学领域项目资助数据进行分析,并基于Pycharm平台,对项目名称进行分词和关键词词频统计,使用bibexcel和Spss进行关键词共现及聚类分析,得出预防医学领域的研究热点。结果表明:近5年,国家自然科学基金对预防医学的资助比较平稳,项目承担单位及其所在地域都相对集中;非传染病流行病学是获得资助数量和经费最多的二级学科,心脑血管疾病、糖尿病等慢性病是预防医学的研究热点,环境对人类健康影响、生命早期因素对人类健康影响的研究也是研究热点。在研究技术和方法上,以细胞、分子、基因层面的研究为主,生物学的前沿研究非编码RNA也应用到预防医学领域,甲基化、细胞自噬相关研究是近年的研究热点。最后,对预防医学未来重点研究方向做出展望。This paper analyzes the types of projects, the distribution of secondary disciplines and research institutions based on the data of National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC) in the field of preventive medicine from 2015 to 2019. This research segmented the projects name and counted keywords frequency on Pycharm platform, and conducted keywords co-occurrence and cluster analysis using bibexcel and SPSS. The results show that NSFC’s support for preventive medicine is stable, the research institutions with NSFC projects in China are concentrated. The epidemiology of non-communicable diseases is the main secondary disciplines that received the largest amount of projects and funding, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes and other chronic diseases are hotspots of preventive medicine research, and research on the impact of environment and early life factors on human health are also research highlights. The research on cell, molecule and gene are the main theme in terms of research method. The frontier research of biology Non-coding RNA is also applied to the field of preventive medicine. Methylation and autophagy related research are also research focuses in recent years. Finally, an outlook of the future research direction of preventive medicine is proposed.
