摘 要:目的分析血清及组织促卵泡激素(FSH)和C3含量与卵巢囊肿(OC)大鼠病情严重程度的相关性。方法选择40只无特定病原体级雌性Wistar大鼠,按照随机数字表法分为OC模型组和对照组,每组各20只。OC模型组采用单侧卵巢一次性注射芥子油建立OC模型,对照组注射等量0.9%氯化钠溶液。分别于建模前1 d和建模后4周检测2组大鼠体重、卵巢重量以及OC大小;于建模前1 d和建模后1、2、4周采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)试剂盒检测大鼠血清及囊肿组织中FSH和补体C3含量,并进一步分析血清及组织FSH和补体C3含量与卵巢囊肿大鼠病情严重程度的相关性。结果建模前1 d,2组大鼠体重、卵巢重量以及卵巢囊肿大小差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);建模后4周,与对照组相比,OC模型组大鼠卵巢重量和卵巢囊肿大小均显著增加(P<0.05),2组大鼠体重比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。建模前1 d、建模后1周、建模后2周,2组大鼠血清及组织中FSH水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),建模后4周,OC模型组大鼠血清及组织中FSH水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。建模前1 d、建模后1周,2组大鼠血清及组织中补体C3水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),建模后2、4周,OC模型组大鼠血清及组织中补体C3水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性分析结果显示,卵巢囊肿大鼠血清及组织中FSH和C3水平与其病情严重程度均呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论卵巢囊肿大鼠的发病与其血清及组织FSH和补体C3含量的变化密切相关,二者与该疾病病情严重程度具有显著正相关性,因此对其进展及预后评估具有重要价值。Objective To analyze the correlation between serum and tissue follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and C3 content and the severity of ovarian cyst(OC)in rats.Methods Forty female Wistar rats without specific pathogens were selected and divided into OC model group and control group by random number table,with 20 rats in each group.The OC model group was established by a one-time injection of mustard oil on one side of the ovary,and the control group was injected with the same amount of 0.9%sodium chloride solution.The body weight,ovarian weight and OC size of the two groups of rats were measured 1 d before modeling and 4 weeks after modeling;1 d before modeling,1,2,and 4 weeks after modeling,the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)kit was used to detect the content of FSH and complement C3 in rat serum and cyst tissue.And the correlation between serum and tissue FSH and complement C3 content and the severity of ovarian cyst in rats were further analyzed.Results One day before modeling,there was no significant difference in body weight,ovarian weight,and ovarian cyst size between the two groups of rats(P>0.05);four weeks after modeling,compared with the control group,the ovarian weight and ovarian cyst size of the OC model group increased significantly(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in body weight between the two groups of rats(P>0.05).One day before modeling,1 week after modeling,and 2 weeks after modeling,there was no significant difference in FSH levels of serum and tissue between the two groups of rats(P>0.05).Four weeks after modeling,FSH levels of serum and tissues in the OC model group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One day before modeling and 1 week after modeling,there was no significant difference in levels of complement C3 in the serum and tissues of the two groups of rats(P>0.05).At 2 and 4 weeks after modeling,complement C3 level of serum and tissues in the OC model group were significantly higher than th
