摘  要:通过超临界CO_(2)对2种红木进行渗透性改善处理,分析不同含水率和超临界CO_(2)处理工艺对红木渗透性的影响。结果表明,大果紫檀渗透性要高于巴里黄檀,且大果紫檀渗透性受含水率变化的影响更大。超临界CO_(2)对大果紫檀渗透性改善效果要优于对巴里黄檀的改善效果。其中,大果紫檀的合适处理工艺条件为处理压力40 MPa,处理温度为60℃,时间为70 min;巴里黄檀的合适处理工艺条件为处理压力20 MPa,温度为40℃,处理时间为70 min。The permeability of two kinds of rosewood was improved by supercritical CO_(2),the effects of different moisture content and supercritical CO_(2) treatment process on the permeability of rosewood were analyzed.The main conclusions were as follows:the permeability of Pterocarpus macrocarpus Kurz was higher than that of Dalbergia bariensis Pierre.The influence of moisture content on the permeability of Pterocarpus macrocarpus Kurz was greater.The improvement effect of supercritical CO_(2) fluid on the permeability of Pterocarpus macrocarpus Kurz was better than that of Dalbergiabariensis Pierre.Among them,the suitable treatment conditions of Pterocarpus macrocarpus Kurz were as follows:pressure of 40 MPa,temperature of 60℃,time of 70 min.The suitable treatment conditions of Dalbergia bariensis Pierre were as follows:pressure of 20 MPa,temperature of 40℃,and treatment time of 70 min.
