摘 要:针对沿海渔船燃油能源利用率低的问题提出余热回收利用系统方案,根据能量品位高低对渔船余热资源进行分级利用,高品位余热优先温差发电,低品位余热用于供暖和制冷。系统引入中小型溴化锂吸收式制冷设备、平板式温差发电装置和太阳能集热器,集成到渔船船载空间,并提出不同季节的系统协同运行方案,实现冬季余热供暖为主、夏季余热供冷为主、春秋余热温差发电和常态化制冷的综合能源利用方式,提高渔船燃油能源的综合利用率,降低渔船燃油消耗量和尾气污染排放量,经济效益和环境效益显著。In view of the low utilization rate of fuel energy in coastal fishing vessels,a scheme of waste heat recovery and utilization system is proposed.According to the energy grade,the waste heat resources of fishing vessels are used in different grades.The high grade waste heat is given priority to thermoelectric power generation,and the low grade waste heat is used for heating and cooling.Small and medium sized lithium bromide absorption refrigeration equipment,flat thermoelectric device and solar collector are introduced into the system,which are integrated into the space of fishing boat.The coordinated operation scheme of the system in different seasons is put forward.The comprehensive energy utilization mode of heating with waste heat in winter,cooling with waste heat in summer,thermoelectric power generation with waste heat in spring and autumn and normal refrigeration is realized.The comprehensive utilization rate of fuel energy of fishing vessels is improved,and the fuel consumption and tail gas pollution emission of fishing vessels are reduced.The economic and environmental benefits are remarkable.
