摘  要:国内对黄酒地理标志产品保护的法制建设亟待完善,同时需要开展大量涉及相关检测体系的研究.本文简述了如何采用微量元素分析方法寻找产品的地域特征.通过微量元素测定与多元统计分析结合建立指纹识别库,可以有效区别和保护地理标志产品-绍兴酒.这将为保护地理标志产品-绍兴黄酒,提供科学、有效、快速的鉴定检测方法.Currently,it is badly needed to improve a relative legal system to protect the geographical indication products in our country when there is a vacancy in the testing and measuring system.The paper is a brief study of the determination of trace elements to confirm the products with geographic features.It is suggested that through the combination of trace element determination and multivariate statistical analysis,the establishment of fingerprint identification database can effectively distinguish and protect the geographical indication product Shaoxing rice wine.This rapid,effective scientific method which can discriminate between geographic and non-geographic products will be conducive to the protection of geographical indication product,Shaoxing rice wine.
