摘　　要：目的探究PBL结合脊柱内窥镜仿生模拟训练器在经皮椎间孔镜手术实践教学中的应用价值。方法2018年9月—2019年9月,在广西中医药大学第一临床医学院临床实习的广西中医药大学骨伤科研究生60名,随机数字法分为研究组30名,传统组30名。研究组采用PBL结合脊柱内窥镜穿刺技术仿生模拟训练器授课,传统组采用传统示教方式授课。比较两种培训教学方式对教学质量的影响。结果研究组理论考核成绩高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组技能考核成绩高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在经皮椎间孔镜手术教育培训中,PBL结合脊柱内窥镜仿生模拟训练器的教学方法优于传统教学法,值得在临床应用。Objective To explore the application value of PBL combined with spinal endoscopy bionic simulation trainer in the practical teaching of percutaneous endoscopy.Methods From September 2018 to September 2019,Sixty postgraduates of orthopedics department of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine were interned in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University.The students were divided into research group and traditional groups by random method,30 students in each group.The research group used PBL combined with spinal endoscopy technique to teach the bionic simulation trainer,and the traditional group used traditional teaching methods.Compared the impact of two training methods on teaching quality.Results The theoretical assessment score of the study group was higher than that of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The technical assessment score of the study group was higher than the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the percutaneous transforaminal endoscopy education and training,the teaching method of PBL combined with spinal endoscope bionic simulation training device is superior to the traditional teaching method,and it is worthy of clinical application.
