摘  要:临床医学专业学位研究生教育工作是我国高质量医学人才培养的重要途径。临床技能对医学研究生综合素质的形成至关重要,临床技能教学是培养医学人才的重要环节,是医学研究生综合素质形成的关键环节。目前临床技能训练课程存在设置分散、教学模式单一、学员动手机会减少等缺陷,严重地限制了临床技能教学的效果。近年来,在多年医学临床技能教学经验的基础上,探索以医学专业临床能力培养为导向,不断地改进外科专业研究生的技能教学,通过优化教学环境、调整课程设置、改进教学模式等途径以提高临床技能的教育水平,并开设了基于临床情景模拟的外科技能教学课程。The postgraduate education of clinical medicine specialty is an important way to train high quality medical talents in China.Clinical skills are very important to the formation of the comprehensive quality of medical postgraduates.The teaching of clinical skills is an important link in the cultivation of medical talents and the key link in the formation of the comprehensive quality of medical postgraduates.At present,the clinical skill training courses have some defects,such as scattered setting,single teaching mode and less hands-on opportunity for students,which seriously limit the effect of clinical skill teaching.In recent years,on the basis of medical clinical skills teaching experience for many years,we have explored to continuously improve the skills teaching of postgraduates majoring in surgery guided by the cultivation of clinical ability of medical specialty.We have improved the education level of clinical skills by optimizing the teaching environment,adjusting the curriculum and improving the teaching mode,and set up the surgical skills teaching course based on clinical scenario simulation.
