摘 要:以项目效益最大化为优化目标,采用多目标优化方法构建隧道出碴机群协同作业模型,针对钻爆法隧道无轨出碴作业机群协同作业问题展开研究。为控制项目风险以使项目效益最大化,在综合分析隧道出碴作业中项目收益现值、投入成本、出碴设备数量之间关系的基础上,使用分层序列法建立出碴机械静态和动态配置模型,用于制定动态施工下的合理辅助设备数量配置方案,并在此基础上引入评价函数建立保险储备决策模型对是否增加机械储备进行决策。最后,通过优化桥上隧道出碴作业机群协同配置验证了本文提出的出碴机群协同作业模型应用效果。基于项目效益最大化得到的配置模型与储备模型既考虑了隧道开挖的动态因素,又考虑了出碴作业中辅助设备运碴时间的不确定性,可以为钻爆法隧道无轨出碴作业机群协同作业设备配置决策提供科学依据。Taking the maximum benefit of projects as the optimization goal,a multi-objective optimization method is used to establish a collaborative operation model of the tunnel soil slap tapping cluster to research the problem of cooperative operation of the tunnel soil slap tapping cluster.To control project risks to maximize project benefits,based on the comprehensive analysis of the relationship between the change of the present value of the project income,the input cost,and the number of auxiliary equipment during the tunnel soil slap tapping,a static configuration model and a dynamic configuration model of the slag machinery are established using the lexicographic method to find the reasonable number of auxiliary equipment configuration scheme in the dynamic construction.And based on this,the evaluation function is introduced to establish a decision model of the insurance reserve to decide whether to increase the mechanical reserve.Finally,by optimizing the cooperative configuration of the soil slap tapping cluster of the Qiaoshang tunnel,the optimization effect of the cooperative operation model of the tunnel soil slap tapping cluster based on maximal benefit is verified.The configuration model and the reserve model obtained based on the maximal benefits take into account both the dynamic factors of tunnel excavation and the uncertainty of the transport time of auxiliary equipment,which can provide a scientific basis for the configuration decision of the trackless soil slap tapping cluster.
