摘　　要：随着白内障手术的进步与开展,术后干眼的发病率也在逐渐上升。人工泪液作为治疗该病的主要用药,可以有效缓解症状,但难以根治,且容易复发。近年来中药联合人工泪液的治疗方法逐渐引起临床学者的关注和重视,并应用于临床,取得了良好的疗效,值得临床借鉴和继续深入研究探讨。With the progress of medical technology,the incidence rate of dry eye is increasing after cataract surgery.Artificial tears,as the main drug for the treatment of the disease,can effectively relieve symptoms,but it is difficult to cure the disease fundamentally.what’s more,the disease is easy to relapse after drug withdrawal.In recent years,the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with artificial tears has gradually attracted the attention of clinical scholars.and this treatment method has been applied in clinic,and achieved good results,which is worthy of clinical reference and further study.
