活血化瘀通络利水汤在视网膜脱离术后视网膜下液积存患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨RRD术后SRF的治疗方法。方法选取RRD术后SRF患者60例,将其随机分为两组,各30例。术后均常规点抗生素、激素眼水及口服沃丽汀治疗,中药组在此基础上于术后第3天口服自拟HHTLD,观察两组疗效。结果中药组总有效率为76.67%,高于常规组的46.67%(Z=2.14,P=0.033);中药组在BCVA恢复、MS及ERG波形振幅的提高等方面均优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论HHTLD能有效佐治RRD术后SRF。Objective To discuss the treatment of SRF after RRD.Methods Sixty patients with SRF after RRD were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.Routine antibiotics,hormonal eye drops,and oral volitin were given routinely after the operation.In addition,the Chinese medicine group took self-prepared HHTLD orally on the third day after the operation,and the efficacy of the two groups was observed.Results The total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 76.67%,which was higher than the 46.67%of the conventional group(Z=2.14,P=0.033).The traditional Chinese medicine group was better than the conventional group in terms of BCVA recovery and MS and ERG waveform amplitude improvement(P<0.05).Conclusion HHTLD can effectively treat SRF after RRD.
