脑电指标与老年抑郁症的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨老年抑郁症患者认知功能的影响因素。方法选择60例老年抑郁症患者为研究组,另选60例正常健康老年人为对照组,检测其自主神经张力、身心平衡能力和认知功能并进行分析。结果研究组自主神经张力指数、身心平衡能力指数和持续性操作测验结果均低于对照组(t=23.85~78.98,P<0.01);自主神经张力指数、身心平衡能力指数分别与持续性操作测验结果均存在显著正相关(r=0.99,0.98;P<0.01)。结论身心平衡能力指数与自主神经张力指数可以作为衡量认知功能水平的指标。Objective To explore the influencing factors of cognitive function in elderly depression patients.Methods Sixty elderly patients with depression were selected as the study group,and another 60 normal healthy elderly were selected as the control group.The autonomic nervous tone,physical and mental balance ability,and cognitive function were tested and analyzed.Results The results of autonomic tension index,physical and mental balance ability index,and continuous operation test in the study group were lower than those of the control group(t=23.85-78.98,P<0.01).Autonomic tension index and physical and mental balance ability index were compared with continuous operation test,respectively.There was a significant positive correlation between the results(r=0.99,0.98;P<0.01).Conclusion The physical and mental balance index and the autonomic nervous tone index can be used as indicators to measure the level of cognitive function.
