摘　　要：加快新时代煤炭行业安全发展创新人才培养,对于缓解现阶段煤炭行业安全发展相关专业人才的紧缺、供给不充分等问题具有重要意义.介绍了我国煤矿安全生产基本形势以及亟需安全工程专业人才的现状;在总结国内安全学科发展过程中教学、就业现状以及面临的主要问题基础上,以中国矿业大学安全工程专业毕业生就业情况为例进行了研究分析;提出煤炭行业安全工程专业创新人才培养的新思路:加强行业使命教育,注重工程实践,拓展行业安全发展需要的新专业,为培养安全工程专业创新人才搭建更好平台等.Accelerating the training of innovative talents for the safety development of the coal industry in the new era is of great significance to alleviate the shortage and insufficient supply of talents related to the safety development of coal industry at this stage.The basic situation of coal mine safety production in China was introduced,as well as the current situation of the urgent need for safety engineering professionals.On the basis of the summary of the current situation of teaching and employment as well as the main problems in the development process of domestic coal safety discipline,the employment situation of graduates of safety engineering major in China University of Mining and Technology was analyzed and elaborated,and new ideas of innovative talents training of safety engineering major of coal industry were put forward,including coal industry mission education,paying attention to engineering practice,expanding new majors needed by coal industry safety development and enterprises and other suggestions,so as to provide reference for the innovative talents training of safety engineering major.
