摘　　要：习近平新时代干部问责制的重要论述是在话语继承、实践验证和理论创新的基础上总结出的科学结论。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记就干部问责工作进行了一些系统化的工作。以"敢于担当"作为提高各级党组织和党员领导干部责任心的指导理念,推动"两个责任"问责体制的落实,将党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争作为问责的重要内容,进一步推动干部问责制度的实行,整肃党内干部问题。The important exposition of Xi Jinping's cadre accountability system in the new era is a scientific conclusion based on discourse inheritance,practical verification and theoretical innovation.Since the 18th National Congress of the Party,Xi Jinping has carried out some systematic work on cadre accountability.Taking"dare to bear"as the guiding concept to improve the sense of responsibility of party organizations and leading cadres at all levels,promoting the implementation of the"two responsibilities"accountability system,and taking the building of a clean and honest party style and the struggle against corruption as part of accountability,Further promote the implementation of cadre accountability system,purge party cadres.
