摘　　要：外汇风险暴露是企业日常经营中可能面临的、可对企业价值产生影响的风险之一。本文从企业外汇风险暴露管理的视角出发,在阐释企业外汇风险暴露相关研究文献的基础上,对我国企业进行外汇风险暴露测度的必要性、方法及技术准备进行了分析,以便为企业进行外汇风险暴露监测与管理提供参考依据。Foreign exchange risk exposure is one of the risks in the daily operation of a company,which can impact the value of the company.From the perspective of enterprise foreign exchange risk exposure management,this article analyzes the necessity,methods,and technical preparations for foreign exchange risk exposure measurement of Chinese enterprises based on interpreting the research literature of foreign exchange risk exposure,and the result will be the reference basis for monitoring and management of foreign exchange risk exposure in company.
