摘 要:近年来,由于汽车生产端和消费端在车内异味问题上信息不对称,导致车内异味投诉不断增多。为获得消费端对车内异味的真实反馈,通过专题调研形式对420个车内异味投诉样本进行分析,获得消费者对车内异味等级、类型、来源等多维主观评价数据,深入分析了投诉样本中车内异味等级和车内异味类型的占比、车内异味与购车时间之间的关系以及车内异味与品牌推荐度之间的关系,针对当前车内异味评价体系存在的问题提出优化建议,为车内异味评价体系的优化提供了丰富的数据支撑。In recent years,due to the asymmetry of information on the problem of in-vehicle odor between the production side and the consumer side,complaints about in-vehicle odor have been increasing.In order to obtain the real feedback of the consumer on in-vehicle odor,this paper analyzes 420 samples of complaints about in-vehicle odor through special survey.The multidimensional subjective evaluation data of consumers on the levels,types and sources of in-vehicle odor are obtained.The proportions of the levels and types of in-vehicle odor in the complaint samples,the relationship between the in-vehicle odor and the vehicle purchase time,and the relationship between the vehicle and the brand recommendation are analyzed.The optimization suggestions for the problems existing in the current in-vehicle odor evaluation system are put forward,which provides abundant data support for the optimization of the in-vehicle odor evaluation system.
