摘　　要：目的探讨Clinpro^(TM) XT Varnish治疗正畸术后白垩斑的临床效果。方法将本院口腔科收治的固定正畸治疗后出现白垩班患者60例按就诊顺序编号随机分为A组、B组、C组,每组20例。A组、B组、C组分别给予Clinpro^(TM) XT Varnish、多乐氟、渗透树脂治疗。比较三组的白垩斑病损比例及DIAGNOdent数值。结果术后即刻、术后3个月,三组患牙的白垩斑病损比例及DIAGNOdent数值均较术前显著降低(P<0.05);C组术后即刻、术后3个月的白垩斑病损比例及DIAGNOdent数值均低于B组(P<0.05);C组与A组术后3个月的白垩斑病损比例、DIAGNOdent数值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Clinpro^(TM) XT Varnish可代替渗透树脂推广应用于正畸术后白垩斑的治疗。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Clinpro^(TM) XT Varnish in the treatment of white spot lesions after orthodontic surgery.Mothods Sixty patients with white spot lesions after fixed orthodontic treatment were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C according to visit sequence number,with 20 cases in each group.The group A,group B and group C were treated with Clinpro^(TM) XT Varnish,dolefur and osmotic resin respectively.The proportion of white spot lesions and DIAGNOdent value of the three groups were compared.Results Immediately after operation and at 3 months after operation,the proportion of white spot lesions and DIAGNOdent value of the three groups were significantly lower than those before operation(P<0.05);the proportion of white spot lesions and the DIAGNOdent value in the group C immediately after operation and at 3 months after operation were lower than those in the group B(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the proportion of white spot lesions and DIAGNOdent value at 3 months after operation between the group C and the group A(P>0.05).Conclusion Clinpro^(TM) XT Varnish can be used in the treatment of white spot lesions after orthodontic operation instead of osmotic resin.
