摘  要:针对目前城市灯光秀产生光污染对通航水域造成影响的问题,提出一种基于彩色CCD相机与图像处理技术的夜间光污染评价方法.基于相机成像及亮度测量原理,利用Matlab图像处理技术对拍摄相片进行分区统计及分析,计算光污染环境下的亮度对比度和眩光值;基于两个指标提出一种通航水域光污染评价方法,参考等级划分思想对光污染程度进行三级等级划分;在三级划分基础上,对亮度对比度和眩光值范围做归一化处理;结合加权求和方法,计算得到光污染程度评估值,通过实例验证,证明该方法能够有效实现不同水域的光污染评价.Aiming at the problem that the light pollution caused by urban light show affects navigable waters,a night light pollution evaluation method based on color CCD camera and image processing technology was proposed.Based on the principle of camera imaging and brightness measurement,the image processing technology of Matlab was used to make partition statistics and analysis of the photos,and calculate the brightness contrast and glare value in light pollution environment.Based on two indexes,an evaluation method of light pollution in navigable waters was put forward,and the light pollution degree was divided into three grades with reference to the idea of grading.On the basis of three-level division,the brightness contrast and glare value range were normalized.Combined with weighted summation method,the evaluation value of light pollution degree was calculated.The example shows that this method can effectively realize the light pollution assessment in different water areas.
