淄博市初中生尝试吸烟及二手烟暴露情况调查

摘　　要：目的了解淄博市初中生尝试吸烟及二手烟暴露情况,为淄博市青少年控烟工作的开展提供依据。方法随机整群抽取淄博市3所初中,使用统一的调查问卷对在校学生进行烟草流行情况调查,并采用尝试吸烟率、二手烟暴露率以及烟草信息接收等指标进行分析。结果共调查451名初中生,尝试吸烟率为6.0%,其中男生(6.3%)高于女生(5.7%),差异无统计学意义。每周零花钱<10元、10~50元和>50元的3组学生中的尝试吸烟率分别为3.8%、5.5%和12.8%,差异有统计学意义。过去7天至少暴露于1种二手烟环境的学生占72.1%,3个年级之间的差异有统计学意义。在过去30天至少通过一种途径接收到烟草信息的学生占59.2%。初二学生过去7天通过1种途径接收到烟草信息的比例高于其他2个年级。结论淄博市初中生吸烟行为的形成是多种因素综合作用的结果,特别是受周围环境的影响。初中生控烟是一个社会问题,需要全社会的共同努力;应加大对全社会控烟的宣传力度,加大家庭控烟宣传,为初中生控烟创造良好的社会和家庭环境。Objective To investigate the status of attempted smoking and exposure to second-hand smoke among junior high school students in Zibo City,and to provide a basis for the development of tobacco control work among youths in Zibo.Methods Three junior high schools in Zibo City were randomly selected,and unified questionnaires were used to investigate the prevalence of tobacco among the students,and indicators such as the rates of attempt smoking and second-hand smoke exposure and tobacco information reception were used to analyze.Results A total of 451 junior high school students were surveyed.The attempt smoking rate was 6.0%,among which boys(6.3%)were higher than girls(5.7%),and the difference was no significant statistically.The attempt smoking rates in the three groups of students with weekly allowance<10 yuan,10-50 yuan and>50 yuan were 3.8%,5.5%and 12.8%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant.The proportion of the students who were exposed to at least one second-hand smoke environment in the past 7 days was 72.1%,and the difference between the three grades was statistically significant.In the past 30 days,59.2%of the students received tobacco information through at least one way.The proportion of junior two students receiving tobacco information through one way in the past seven days was higher than that of the other two grades.Conclusion The formation of smoking behavior of junior high school students in Zibo City is the result of a variety of factors,especially affected by the surrounding environment.Tobacco control of junior middle school students is a social problem,which needs the joint efforts of the whole society.The publicity of tobacco control of the whole society and family should been strengthened,so as to create a good social and family environment for junior middle school students.
