摘  要:传统方法检索产品基因的匹配度低,导致汽车工业产品设计结构不佳,因此提出基于遗传优化算法优化汽车工业产品设计步骤。先划分汽车产品结构,再提出产品功能理念用于解析汽车工业产品设计过程模型。完成上述工作后,定制模板模型用于获取用户需求。为在检索中得到最优解,运用遗传算法的基因重组流程实现汽车工业产品设计。在实验中,随机选取10个样本,并依据三角矩阵得到设计参数,用于测试两种方法检索产品基因的匹配度。实验结果表明,所提方法检索产品基因匹配度更高,符合设计需求。The low matching degree of traditional methods for searching product genes leads to a poor product design structure in automobile industry.Therefore,the optimization of the design steps of automobile industry products is proposed on on the basis of the genetic optimization algorithm.Firstly,the structures of automobile products are divided,and then the concept of product function is proposed to analyze the product design process model of automobile industry.After the above work,the template model is customized to obtain the user requirements.In order to get the optimal solution in the retrieval,the genetic recombination process of the genetic algorithm is used to realize the product design of automobile industry.In the experiment,10 samples were selected randomly and the design parameters were obtained according to the triangular matrix to test the matching degree of the two methods.The experimental results show that the proposed method has higher gene matching degree and can meet the design requirements.
