祛湿活血降脂方慰脐法治疗高脂血症性脂肪肝疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察祛湿活血降脂方治疗高脂血症性脂肪肝的疗效。方法:将62例确诊患者随机分为两组各31例,对照组予多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加祛湿活血降脂方慰脐治疗,4周后观察两组各实验指标及临床疗效。结果:(1)两组的PLT、WPV水平明显改善(P﹤0.05),治疗组改善程度显著优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。治疗后对照组ALT、GGT、ALP水平明显改善(P﹤0.05),AST水平无明显改善(P﹥0.05);治疗组ALT、AST、GGT、ALP水平明显改善(P﹤0.05),改善程度显著优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。对照组治疗后TC、TG水平无明显下降(P﹥0.05),而LDL-C、HDL-C水平明显下降(P﹤0.05),治疗组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C水平明显下降(P﹤0.05),而且改善程度显著优于对照组(P﹤0.05),HDL-C水平无明显改变。(2)对照组的BMI、腰围、臀围显著改善(P﹤0.05),腹围无明显改善(P﹥0.05)。治疗组BMI、腰围、腹围、臀围显著改善(P﹤0.05),而且改善程度显著优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。(3)治疗组总有效率为93.55%,对照组为67.74%,治疗组显著高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:祛湿活血降脂方慰脐治疗高脂血症性脂肪肝,具有减重、护肝、降脂的作用,疗效确切。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qushi Huoxue Jiangzhi recipe on hyperlipidemic fatty liver.Methods:62 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine capsule,while the observation group was treated plus by umbilical applying by Qushi Huoxue Jiangzhi recipe on the basis of control group.After 4 weeks,the various trial indexes and clinical efficacy were observed in two groups.Results:①In both groups,PLT and WPV were improved significantly(P﹤0.05),and the improvement of observation group was significantly better than that of control group(P﹤0.05).After treatment,in the control group,ALT,GGT and ALP were improved significantly(P﹤0.05),but AST was improved insignificantly(P﹥0.05);while in the observation group,ALT,AST,GGT and ALP were improved significantly(P﹤0.05),and the improvement of observation group was significantly better than that of control group(P﹤0.05).After treatment,in the control group,TC and TG were insignificantly decreased(P﹥0.05),but LDL-C and HDL-C were significantly decreased(P﹤0.05);while in the observation group,TC,TG,LDL-C were significantly decreased(P﹤0.05),and the improvement of observation group was better than that of control group(P﹤0.05),but HDL-C was insignificantly changed.②In the control group,BMI,waist circumference and hip circumference were improved significantly(P﹤0.05),but the abdominal circumference was improved insignificantly(P﹥0.05).In the bservation group,BMI,waist circumference,abdominal circumference and hip circumference were improved significantly(P﹤0.05),and the improvement of bservation group was significantly better than that of control group(P﹤0.05).③Compared the clinical efficacy,the total effective rate was 93.55%in observation group and 67.74%in control group.The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Umbilical applying by Qushi Huoxue Jiangzhi recipe has the effects of weig
