摘　　要：制糖技术专业是一门专业性、实践性很强的学科,随着制糖企业对技能型人才的要求越来越高,传统的教学模式已经不能适应职业教育的要求,一体化课程开发必要且迫切。文章论述了制糖技术专业国家技能人才培养标准及一体化课程规范开发的过程控制,总结了在开发过程中存在的问题,并针对问题提出了意见和建议。The sugar technology major is a professional and practical subject.As sugar enterprises have higher and higher requirements for skilled talents,the traditional teaching mode has been unable to meet the requirements of vocational education,and the development of integrated curriculum is necessary and urgent.This paper discusses the training standards of professional skills in sugar technology major and the process control of the development of integrated curriculum norms,and summarizes the problems existing in the development process,and puts forward some suggestions for problems.
