CD200在卵巢癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的相关性

摘　　要：目的:检测卵巢癌组织中CD200蛋白表达水平,探讨CD200表达与患者临床病理各参数及预后之间的关系。方法:收集南通大学附属肿瘤医院2012-2017年经病理学确诊的40例卵巢癌及25例卵巢良性肿瘤患者手术切除的组织标本,采用免疫组织化学方法检测CD200蛋白的表达情况,分析CD200表达以及与卵巢癌患者临床病理参数和预后的关系。结果:CD200在卵巢癌组织中的阳性表达率为65.00%,高于卵巢良性肿瘤组织阳性表达率8.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);卵巢癌组织中CD200表达与FIGO分期、肿瘤分化程度有关(P<0.05),而与年龄、肿瘤大小、腹水、病理类型无关(P>0.05);CD200高表达卵巢癌患者3年生存率34.61%,低于低表达患者的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CD200在卵巢癌组织中的表达水平增高,CD200表达与FIGO分期、肿瘤分化程度密切相关,CD200低表达患者3年生存率较高,CD200可能是影响卵巢癌患者预后的潜在生物标志物。Objective:Immunohistochemistry(IHC)was used to detect the expression level of CD200 in ovarian cancer tissues,and to investigate the correlation between CD200 expression and clinicopathological parameters and prognosis.Methods:This study collected the nantong university affiliated tumor hospital between 2012 and 2017 by the pathology diagnosis of 40 patients with ovarian cancer,and because of ovarian benign tumor of ovary resection in patients with normal 25 cases,using immunohistochemical method to detect the corresponding surgical specimens of CD200 expression situation,understand the CD200 expression in ovarian cancer tissue and the relationship between clinical pathological features and prognosis.Results:(1)The positive expression rate of CD200 in ovarian cancer tissues was 65%(26/40 cases),and that in benign ovarian tumor tissues was 8%(2/25 cases).The expression level of CD200 in ovarian cancer tissues was obviously higher than that in benign ovarian tumor tissues,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The expression of CD200 in ovarian cancer tissue was statistically significant with FIGO stage and tumor differentiation degree(P<0.05),but not with other factors.(3)The 3-year follow-up showed that the survival rate of ovarian cancer patients with high CD200 expression was obviously lower than that of patients with low CD200 expression,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions:In this study,it was found that the expression level of CD200 in ovarian cancer tissues was obviously higher than that in benign ovarian tumor tissues,and the expression of CD200 was closely related to FIGO stage and tumor differentiation degree,and the survival rate of patients with low CD200 expression was obviously higher than that of patients with high CD200 expression.CD200 may be a potential biomarker affecting the prognosis of ovarian cancer patients.
