摘  要:在现代工业领域,摆线针轮减速器作为关键机械传动部件应用广泛,它具有重量轻、占地小、寿命长、传动比大、传动效率高、承载能力强等优点。RV传动是在摆线针轮传动基础上发展起来的一种新型传动,比普通的摆线针轮行星传动具有更小的体积和更大的过载能力。本文针对变桨减速器技术要求,初步确定采用摆线针轮行星传动,通过典型摆线针轮减速器的传动原理及结构特点分析,提出了三种不同摆线针轮减速器原理方案,并选择了RV传动作为最佳设计方案。The cycloidal pin-wheel reducer is one of the most important transmission components of the pumping unit by its small volume,light weight,high efficiency,large transmission ratio,large load capacity and long effective life,and has been widely used in many fields of modern industry.RV transmission is a new drive developed on the basis of cycloidal pin-wheel transmission,which has smaller volume and larger load capacity than that.According to the technical requirements of variation paddle reducer,the cycloidal pin-wheel transmission is accepted.With the analysis of transmission principle and structure characteristics of typical cycloidal pin wheel reducer,three design proposals about cycloidal pin-wheel reducer are put forward,and choose RV transmission as the best one.
