摘  要:以欧李盆栽苗为试验材料,研究干旱胁迫下欧李叶片超微弱发光与叶绿素荧光特性的变化及两者之间的关系。结果表明:抑制光系统活性条件下,随着干旱胁迫程度的加深,最大荧光产量(Fm)、天线转化效率(Fv’/Fm’)、电子传递速率(ETR)、PSII潜在活性(Fv/F_(0))、最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、实际光化学效率(ΦPSII)、光化学淬灭系数(q P)呈下降趋势且均低于对照,非光化学淬灭系数(q N)、天线热耗散能量(D)呈上升趋势且均高于对照;超微弱发光强度(UWL)呈下降趋势且低于对照。相关分析显示,UWL强度与ΦPSII、q P呈高度正相关,差异性极显著;与Fv’/Fm’、ETR、Fv/Fm、Fm呈中度正相关,其中与Fv’/Fm’、ETR、Fv/Fm差异性显著;与D、q N呈中度负相关,差异性显著。研究发现,在抑制光系统活性条件下,欧李叶片的UWL强度与叶绿素荧光特性发生显著变化,随着干旱胁迫程度的加深,UWL强度随Fm、Fv’/Fm’、ETR、Fv/F_(0)、Fv/Fm、ΦPSII和q P的下降而下降,说明欧李叶片UWL与光系统活性有关。The relationship between the ultra-weak luminescence and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of leaves of Cerasus humilis under drought stress was studied.The results showed that:under the condition of inhibiting light system activity,with the deepening of drought stress,the maximum fluorescence yield (Fm),antenna conversion efficiency (Fv’/Fm’),electron transfer rate (ETR),potential activity (Fv/F_(0)),maximum photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm),actual photochemical efficiency (ΦPSII) and photochemical quenching coefficient(q P) were lower than those in the control,while the non-photochemical quenching coefficient (q N) and thermal dissipation energy (D) were higher than those in the control,and the ultra-weak luminescence intensity (UWL)showed a decreasing trend and was lower than the control.The correlation analysis showed that the UWL intensity had a high positive correlation with theΦPSII,q P,and the difference was very significant;the UWL intensity had a moderate positive correlation with the Fv’/Fm’,ETR,Fv/Fm and Fm,and the difference with the Fv’/Fm’,ETR and Fv/Fm was significant;the UWL intensity had a moderate negative correlation with the D and q N,and the difference was significant.The study found that under the condition of inhibiting light system activity,the UWL intensity and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of Cerasus humilis leaves changed significantly.With the deepening of the drought stress,the UWL intensity decreased with the decrease of Fm,Fv’/Fm’,ETR,Fv/F_(0),Fv/Fm,ΦPSII and q P,indicating that the UWL of Cerasus humilis leaves is related to the light system activity.
