摘 要:随着分子影像学和纳米技术的发展,可用于光热治疗的多功能超声造影剂(UCA)逐渐涌现。受近红外光触发后,光热型UCA可清晰显示肿瘤病灶,并可监控靶向热消融肿瘤。将光热剂整合于造影剂结构中,不仅提高了光热剂的稳定性,同时可协同超声空化效应增效光热治疗。本文针对光热型UCA用于治疗肿瘤的研究进展进行综述。With the advances of molecular imaging and nanotechnology,multifunctional ultrasound contrast agents(UCA)used for photothermal therapy are gradually emerging.Triggered by near-infrared light,photothermal UCA can both clearly show tumor lesions and achieve tumor-targeted thermal ablation under ultrasonic monitoring.Integrating the photothermal agent into contrast agent can not only improve the stability of the photothermal agent,but also obtain the ultrasonic cavitation effect to synergistically enhance the efficacy of photothermal treatment of tumors.The research progresses of photothermal UCA in treatment of tumors were reviewed in this article.
