摘  要:目的探讨迷你临床演练评估(mini clinical evaluation exercise,mini-CEX)联合操作技能直接观察评估(direct observation of procedural skill,DOPS)在儿科实习医生临床工作中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月—2018年12月苏州大学附属儿童医院心内科实习的临床儿科方向实习医生100名,将100名实习医生随机分为试验组及对照组,对照组进行传统教学方法,最后一周进行mini-CEX和DOPS评估;试验组教学方法与对照组相同,每周加入mini-CEX联合DOPS评估体系,实习结束时,考核mini-CEX+DOPS,同时完成理论、病历书写考核,同时分发带教教师满意程度调查表,对两组数据进行比较。结果试验组mini-CEX的医疗面谈,体格检查,人文关怀,临床判断,沟通技能,整体关怀分数均高于对照组(P<0.05),DOPS评分高于对照组(P<0.05),对带教教师满意程度高于对照组。结论mini-CEX联合DOPS评价系统应在儿科实习中推广应用。Objective To explore the effects of mini clinical evaluation exercise(mini-CEX)and direct observation of procedural skills(DOPS)in teaching pediatric interns.Methods 100 pediatric interns that trained at the department of cardiology in Children’s Hospital of Soochow University from January 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled.The 100 interns were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group were traditionally taught and received mini-CEX and DOPS evaluation in the first week and at the last week.The experimental group received mini-CEX and DOPS evaluation weekly besides traditional teaching.At the end of the internship,mini-CEX and DOPS were evaluated.At the same time,the theoretical and practical scores,as well as the satisfaction with the teachers were also tested and analyzed.Results The medical interview,physical examination,humane care,clinical judgment,communication skills,and overall care score of the mini-CEX in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the DOPS scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group were more satisfactory with the teachers than the control group.Conclusion Mini-CEX and DOPS evaluation systems should be popularized and applied in pediatric practice.
