摘 要:目的探究团队为基础教学法(Team Based Learning,TBL)应用于医学类课程的实际效果及其影响因素。方法以本科阶段诊断学和系统整合临床课程的教学为例,对四川大学华西临床医学院150名接受过TBL教学的学生展开问卷调查,回收数据进行分析。结果总体来看,传统教学法有利于学生对知识的全面掌握,TBL教学法则有利于延长记忆时间;学生个人能力,TBL小组同组同学的表现及TBL题目难度均会影响TBL教学法的实施效果;TBL教学法在一门课程中的占比不宜高于50%。结论在医学类课程的教学中,TBL教学法与传统教学法各有优势,应当结合应用;针对TBL教学法目前暴露出的问题,需要学生、教师及教研组的三方努力进行完善改进。Objective To explore the practical effect of Team Based Learning(TBL)teaching method applied to medical courses and its influencing factors.Methods Taking the teaching of undergraduate diagnostics and systematic integrated clinical courses as an example,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 150 students who have received TBL teaching method in West China Medical School of Sichuan University,and the collected data were analyzed.Results On the whole,lecture-Based Learning teaching method is conducive to the comprehensive mastery of knowledge,while the TBL teaching method is beneficial for the extension of memory time.Students'personal ability,the performance of the students in the same group and the difficulty of the questions will affect the implementation effect of the TBL teaching method.The proportion of TBL in the teaching of a course should not be higher than 50%.Conclusion In the teaching of medical courses,TBL teaching method and traditional teaching method have their own advantages and should be applied in combination.In view of the current problems of TBL teaching method,it needs the efforts of students,teachers and teaching and research groups to improve and gradually promote it.
