专项技能精准培训在新护士规培中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨在新入职护士规范化培训中开展专项技能精准培训对新护士职业技能提高的效果观察。方法选取2017年新入职的44名护士作为对照组,2018年新入职的49名护士作为观察组,按照新护士规范化培训大纲要求,在对照组的基础上,分别在规培2年内组织两次专项技能精准培训与考核,专项技能精准培训包括顶层设计、机制保障、细化考核等三方面内容,培训后进行效果访谈并比较两组新护士培训1年后岗位能力胜任水平和带教满意度情况。结果培训1年后观察组专业理论考核成绩、综合个案护理考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组带教教师满意度高于对照组,不满意比例低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。89%以上的学员对专项技能精准培训评价非常满意和满意,学员自我感知培训后知识、技能、自信自评得分均有所提高。结论在新入职护士培训中开展专项技能精准培训,有助于提高新护士应对临床实际问题的综合处理能力,有效提升新护士职业技能水平。Objective To explore the effect of carrying out specific skill precision training in standardized training of new nurses on the improvement of new nurses'professional skills.Methods 44 new nurses in 2017 were selected as the control group,49 new nurses in 2018 were selected as the observation group. According to the requirements ofstandardized training program, on the basis of the controlgroup, we will organize the observation group attend twospecial skills precision training and assessment in twoyears of standardized training. The special skills precisiontraining includes top-level design, mechanism guaranteeand detailed assessment.After the training, we interviewedthe effect of the two groups and compared the competencylevel of the new nurses and the satisfaction of the teachersone year later. Results After one year of training, the scoresof professional theory assessment and comprehensivecase nursing assessment in the observation group weresignificantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The degree of satisfaction about teachers in the observationgroup were higher than those in the control group, and thedissatisfaction rate was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). More than89% of the students are very satisfied with the evaluation ofthe specific skills precision training, and their self-evaluationscores of knowledge, skills and self-confidence are improvedafter the training. Conclusion To carry out specific skillprecise training in the training of new entry nurses is helpfulto improve the comprehensive ability of new nurses to dealwith clinical practical problems and effectively improve theprofessional skill level of new nurses.
