摘  要:本研究从课程思政的视角探索医学生职业素养的提升路径和具体措施,强调课程思政元素在职业素养培养中的积极作用,立足日常教学和管理,拓展医学教学改革的思路。紧密精神医学专业的特殊性,以专业教师综合素质提升为基础,有效挖掘专业课程中的思政元素并密切结合专业知识和教育对象的特点,融入互联网+技术,从综合的角度提升精神医学专业学生的职业素质,为更好的推进医学教育改革,为国家培养高水平的精神卫生人才做出贡献。This study explores the path and specific measures to improve medical students'professional quality from the perspective of curriculum ideology and politics.The positive role of curriculum ideological and political elements in the cultivation of professional quality is emphasized.Based on daily teaching and management,this paper explores new ways of medical teaching reform.It is closely related to the particularity of psychiatric specialty and based on the improvement of the comprehensive quality of professional teachers.In this study,the ideological and political elements in professional courses are effectively explored,and the characteristics of professional knowledge and educational objects are closely combined.Through the integration of Internet+technology,the professional quality of students majoring in psychiatry has been comprehensively improved.The research results will contribute to the reform of medical education and the cultivation of high-level mental health talents.
