针灸治疗学见习带教中针对膝骨性关节炎的教学方法与建议

摘　　要：针灸治疗学见习带教中,针对学生及带教教师存在的问题,如学生基础知识不牢固基,基本操作技能不熟练,课堂理论与临床实践相结合运用能力差,以我科常见膝骨性关节为例,提出相应的建议:一是对于本次见习内容,带教教师应提前予以列表,学生提前进行复习,有问题的内容予以标记;二是见习中,带教教师针对学生提前准备的内容进行解答,学生临床自行见习操作;三是见习结束,带教教师进行点评,并对本次见习中存在的问题给予纠正,总结见习内容。期望本建议的实施,可以有效的提高学生的自主学习、基本知识及综合运用能力,为学生以后进入临床做好准备工作。Aiming to the problems of students and teachers in teaching in acupuncture and moxibustion therapeutics in noviciate, such as students’ basic knowledge are notfirmness, basic operation skills are not proficient,the abilityof combination class theoretical knowledge with clinicalpractice are insufficient, because of busy work teachersteach simple and surface, and so on. Facing the aboveproblems and taking the disease with knee osteoarthritis inour department as an example provide relevant proposals.Firstly, for this noviciate content teachers should make a listpreviously and students should review timely meanwhilemark the question place. secondly, in noviciate teachersshould prepare for answers by the students in advance andstudents do clinical practice by themselves. Thirdly, in theend of noviciate teachers do comments, correct problemsand make summarizing. Hope that the implementation ofthis recommendation can effectively improve students'autonomous learning, basic knowledge and comprehensiveapplication ability, so as to prepare students for clinical workin the future.
