摘　　要：高效液相色谱(HPLC)法是药物制剂研发和质量控制的重要检测方法,日益应用到药品安全性、有效性控制,成为保证药品质量的重要质控手段。本文就《中国药典》HPLC法收载情况,介绍了HPLC法在质量控制方面的应用,并探讨该检测技术的发展和应用前景。High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)is an important detection method for the development and quality control of pharmaceutical preparations.It is increasingly applied to the control of drug safety and effectiveness,and has become an important means of quality control to ensure the quality of drugs.This paper introduces the application of HPLC in Chinese Pharmacopoeia,reviews the application of HPLC in quality control and discusses the development and application prospect of this detection technology.
