平台型企业战略性即兴行为与持续创新能力的关系研究

摘　　要：战略性即兴行为能帮助企业应对意料之外事件的发生,因而在现今高度动荡的市场环境中受到业界和学界的高度关注。从企业动态能力视角出发,以平台型企业为研究对象,以组织记忆为中介变量,基于213名平台型企业员工的问卷调查研究可以得出以下结论:战略性即兴行为对持续创新能力具有显著正向影响,能够帮助平台型企业提升持续创新能力与效益;组织记忆在两者之间起中介作用,战略性即兴行为结果会演化为过程性记忆和陈述性记忆,可从隐性和显性两个方面源源不断地为企业提供持续创新的新思路、新方法,促进企业长远发展。Because strategic improvisation can help companies deal with unexpected events,in today′s highly turbulent market environment,they have received great attention from the industry and academia.From the perspective of enterprise dynamic capabilities,this paper takes platform companies as the research object and organizational memory as an intermediary variable.Based on a questionnaire survey of 213 platform company employees,this paper draws the following conclusion:strategic improvisation has significant effects on continuous innovation capabilities Positive impact,strategic improvisation can help platform companies improve their ability to continue innovation and efficiency;organizational memory plays an intermediary role between the two,and the results of strategic improvisation will evolve into procedural memory and statements Sexual memory continuously provides enterprises with new ideas and new methods for continuous innovation in both recessive and explicit aspects,and promotes the long-term development of enterprises.
