摘 要:为了更有针对性地控制高速铁路轨道连续多波高低不平顺的容许偏差管理值,保证列车行驶的安全性和平稳性,建立车辆-轨道空间耦合动力分析模型,并加以验证,采用CRH380A型高速列车,将轨道高低不平顺简化为不同波长、不同幅值的连续正弦波进行动力仿真分析。根据行车安全性(轮重减载率)和乘坐舒适性(车体垂向振动加速度)确定敏感性波长以及适用于不同速度等级下连续多波高低不平顺的控制标准建议值(半峰值)。计算结果表明,10 m和12 m波长的连续多波高低不平顺对行车影响较大;连续多波高低不平顺控制标准取值受列车速度影响,速度越高控制标准越严格,速度在80 km/h(包含)以下取20 mm,速度等级80(不含)~120 km/h取14 mm,120(不含)~160 km/h取12 mm,160(不含)~200 km/h取11 mm,200(不含)~250 km/h取8 mm,250(不含)~350 km/h取5 mm,超出控制值后需及时处理。In order to control more effectively the deviation limit of track continuous multi-wave longitudinal irregularity of high-speed railway and to ensure the safety and ride index of the train,the vehicle-track space coupling dynamic analysis model is established and verified.The dynamic simulation analysis is carried out with the high speed train of CRH380A and the continuous sine waves with different wavelengths and amplitudes instead of the track continuous multi-wave longitudinal irregularity.The sensitive wavelengths are calculated according to driving safety(Wheel load reduction rate)and ride comfort(Vertical vibration acceleration of car body),and the recommended values(half peak)applicable to different velocity classes are determined.The results show that the continuous multi-wave irregularity has greater influence on driving safety and ride comfort when the wavelengths are 10m and 12 m.The recommended values are affected by train speed.The higher the speed,the stricter the control standard.When the speed is under 80 km/h,the value is 20 mm;when the speed is 80(excluded)~120 km/h,the value is 14 mm;when the speed is 120(excluded)~160 km/h,the value is 12 mm;when the speed is 160(excluded)~200 km/h,the value is 11 mm;when the speed is 200(excluded)~250 km/h,the value is 8 mm;when the speed is 250(excluded)~300 km/h,the value is 5 mm.
